Business as usual
Our key summary is “don’t panic”. To a large border it is commercial operation as usual. The NCCP Act and the NCC changes were not written to change the approach lenders and brokers do commercial operation but rsther than to pass law to the Commonwealth, by ASIC, and to deliver a registration/licensing scheme.
