CAN FANNIE MAE OR FREDDIE MAC HELP ME WITH MY MORTGAGE IF ITS NOT THRU THEM?
My relatives have been confronting forclosure and my father is right away on incapacity and the state usually gives him hardly sufficient to have the residence payment, positively zero else! Im wondering if fannie mae would buy the debt afterwards cgange a loan to fit in with my dads income in the same home?

I dont think so, be careful of companies claiming to help you. You really have to do your research. I was in a situation myself and i know a good loss mitigation firm that saved my home. If you want info on them email me.
