Regarding FHA and mortgage insurance which will now NOT drop off after 5 years … can’t a person just refinance at that time to a non-FHA loan?

Thanks for the heads up on the Insurance , So if I have gone more than five years with a FHA loan I do not need to worry about the increase ?
