DO STUDENT LOANS AFFECT YOUR CHANCES OF BUYING A HOUSE?

My father and I already own the initial home, we have great credit and compensate the residence payments on time. Never been late and never longed for a payment.
We have been articulate about relocating behind to the city in a year or so. That would need us carrying to sell the stream home and squeeze a home again. This time around we would really have a small down remuneration when we didn’t the initial time around as initial time home buyers. I am anticipating the down remuneration helps.
My regard is, will my tyro loans which have been rounded off fifteen thousand right now, start the chances of removing a residence again down the road? Our income will sojourn the same as it is now, as it was when we purchased the initial home, all will sojourn the same, jobs, etc. The usually thing which changes is this time I have tyro loans when I didn’t prior to when we initial paid for the home.

I am extraordinary as to how bad it affects the chances of removing a residence again in an additional state when I have fifteen thousand in tyro loans this time around. Any feedback or recommendation helps! Thanks-

u did not consider an alternative; there are 1-2 legitimate RE firms in the US that
actually help you TRADE your home for one where you want to be. I think most of the time,
each person just continues to make their regular payments till their house is paid for and
then, modify any money due to the other party.

I can help coordinate this if desired.
