DOES THE MINIMUM INCOME POLICY TO LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING CHANGE IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PAYING THE RENT?

I’m relocating to an additional city to attend college so my relatives will be profitable my rent along with bank loans. The unit office building I would similar to to move in to states in their process which my income contingency be 3 times the rent. Meaning to rent a $1,400 per month college of music I contingency have $4,200 per month. I will not be operative (just interning) so will I still be means to move there?

Since your parents are going to be paying the bill, I would think the apartment owner would look at “their” income rather than yours.
