Fannie, Freddie Ask Banks to Eat Soured Mortgages (Update1)
That’s the guess of Oppenheimer & Co. researcher Chris Kotowski , who says U.S. banks could humour waste of $7 billion this year when those loans have been returned and get noted down to their loyal value.
