Iceland votes ‘no’ to debt understanding for collapsed bank
Icelanders blew whistles and set off fireworks in the collateral as referendum formula Sunday showed they had resoundingly deserted a $5.3 billion devise to pay off Britain and the Netherlands for debts spawned by the fall of an Icelandic bank.
