Where does it contend you have to compensate an income tax? I was deliberating this with a little people currently and I found which you have been imposed to compensate the taxation if you record a taxation return, but what obliges you to HAVE to record for one. Since the 16th legislative addition saying this creates no clarity to me given income taxation is a approach taxation and it says right in the constitution which all approach taxes MUST be apportioned yet, this was someway validated and it is obviously unconstitutional. So ya I am unequivocally confused on this….I meant I hatred to be which man but income taxation does not appear really right to me, I’m excellent with the alternative taxes since we have to await the country, but this only seems similar to a rascal on the people. I additionally review which many of the income is returned to the sovereign haven to compensate for debt on loaned monies from the sovereign reserve. So in conclusion….Am I thankful to record for a taxation lapse ensuing in the requisite of profitable an income tax. Thanks
Also where does it contend this, Wat USC territory etc. And I suspicion this was additionally not even validated by all the states(Amendment 16) As a probity justice James C Fox pronounced in 2003. This is only a uncanny thing to understand. So show me which is WAS validated by all states needed.

US Code Title 26:
http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/26/
An amendment does not have to be ratified by EVERY state in order to become part of the US constitution.
As for the requirement to file, it goes back to the IRS code. The IRS code is recognized as enforceable law for the United States under the authority granted to congress by the 16th amendment, and IRS code defines what events and income levels create a filing requirement.
So if IRS code says a person is required to file, then yes, they are legally required to file an income tax return and they can be prosecuted for criminal tax evasion if they don’t file.
Sorry. All these bunk arguments have been made before.
The purpose of an amendment is to amend (or change) the constitution. So, when the 16th amendment was passed, anything else in the constitution before that which conflicted was voided.
The money is used to pay for government. The federal government borrows from the public by selling bonds, not from the fed. The fed does hold some bonds, but is not allowed to make a profit on them. Any profit above the cost of operation is returned to the treasury at the end of the year.
An amendment does not need to be ratified by every state only 3/4 of them.
1) The constitution allows Congress to lay and collect taxes. They could literally tax the air you breath if they wanted.
2) Under the Constitution, as originally written, an income tax would have had to be apportioned among the states. The 16th Amendment removed the apportionment clause making the income taxes that we all know and love perfectly legal and constitutional.
3) Interest on the federal debt is not paid to the Federal Reserve. It is paid to the holders of the debt (China, Japan and even I hold a little bit). The government collects over a trillion dollars in personal income taxes. It pays around $400 billion in interest. The interest is way too high but it is far from ALL of the income tax. Tax protesters just make up numbers for that theory.
So….in summation….there is an income and you are legal obligated to pay it if your income is over a certain amount.
Most tax protester theories are debunked here:

File your returns and pay your taxes. Tax protesters always end up broke and alone. Sometimes, they end up in prison.
You’ve been watching too much Zeitgeist on the Internet.
Only fools believe this nonsense. You can believe it at your peril.

1. The USC number that says you have to file is 26USC6012 “Returns with respect to income taxes under subtitle A shall be made
by the following:
(1)(A) Every individual having for the taxable year gross income
which equals or exceeds the exemption amount, except … ”
2. The USC numbers that say that you also must pay are 26USC6151(a) “…when a return of tax is required under this title or regulations, the person required to make such return shall, without assessment or notice and demand from the Secretary, pay such tax to the internal revenue…” and 26USC6151(b) “…the amount determined by the Secretary as payable shall be paid within 30 days after the mailing by the Secretary to the taxpayer of a notice stating such amount and making demand therefor.”
3. The Constitution used to (past tense) say taxes had to be apportioned. The Constitution no longer say this, because the 16th Amendment changed the Constitution.
4. The 16 Amendment was ratified by enough states. Article 5 of the original Constitution (which was ratified by all the states) says that all future Amendments need to be ratified by only 3/4ths of the states, not by all of them. The 16th Amendment was ratified by 3/4ths of the states and does not need to be ratified by the others.
