First, are you a dependent or not? IF you read about dependent qualifications, almost all 18-year-olds are dependents.

The FBI has nothing to do with taxes. Food stamps fraud/welfare fraud would be handled by the state.
A court would laugh at you.
Where do you get the idea that your father owes you anything for any tax savings he realized by claiming you?
He doesn’t owe you a DIME.
You are not entitled to that money. That is money your father paid into the system from his earnings. the government gives folks who work a little break when they have kids because they know it costs money to raise em. Since you didn’t put that money in the system, you are not entitled to get anything back from it.
You can get him in trouble for not reporting income, but you will need to prove it and that still doesn’t get you any money.
What your father gets as part of his refund for claiming you as a dependent is NOT. YOUR. MONEY. It is legally and morally HIS and he is entitled to do with it what he wishes. I don’t know any parent who has ever taken their tax refund and simply handed it over to their children, for any reason.
That money is given to PARENTS as a PARTIAL break on their taxes to make up for all the money they throw into the economy all year long as part of the everyday expenses of raising children.
A parent might get a break of a few hundred dollars off their total tax bill for each dependent they claim. Do you HONESTLY think that they haven’t spent that much and more on each child they’re raising?
Your father may not be doing things the legal way, and you might have reason to not respect him — but you sound like an ungrateful brat with no family loyalty. The two of you seem like you’re better off out of each others’ lives.
