Obama’s small commercial operation plans: Where they stand
President Obama has been articulate — a lot — about what Washington needs to do to assistance save small businesses. Over the past week, he’s introduced a half-dozen opposite initiatives directed at unlocking credit, formulating jobs and expanding the Small Business Administration’s loan programs.
