You people who take this woman seriously are dumber than you realize.

“As a result of this outrage, I have decided to become a Senator and continue to live off the public dollar. Vote for me, Elizabeth Warren, because I am not full of shit, whatsoever.”

Andrew Bacon June 29, 2013 at 3:06 pm

“Hi, I’m Elizabeth Warren. Even though I have made over $400,000 a year as a tenured professor, I would like to talk to you about the cost of student loans. See, my high standard of living as a professor is threatened since the interest rates of college loans are going to go up 2 points. This cannot happen, my Ivy league elitist friends and I could never demand six figure pay if subsidization of college is passed off onto the private sector. I don’t want bankers making the money that I make.”

Why hasn’t Sen. Warren cosponsored S.985 reinstate glass-steagall NOW! Why isn’t she shedding light on Worldbank whistleblower Karen Hudes for exposing corruption and fraud at the Worldbank at the highest levels. 2 chances to make a real difference and not just banter. Hudes is being persecuted and threatened by Eric Holder and the DOJ. Barry Soetoro’s junk yard dog. Why, bc she is too busy campaigning for HACK Ed Markey and taking orders from Obama to stand down like a good Dem. dissapointing

CloverPickingHarp June 29, 2013 at 4:13 pm

CONT… Karen Hudes is trying to expose corruption at the Worldbank, which is what Warren ran her whole campaign on BANKING. Well here are 2 opportunities to make a significant difference for her and where is she on them???

CloverPickingHarp June 29, 2013 at 4:14 pm

Let’s see… She has barked at a couple bankers wow… She ran on reinstating glass-steagall and neglected to do anything about it. Actually under enormous pressure from the Barry Soetoro administration Senator Tom Harkin is the real hero. For someone who should have initiated this bill why hasn’t she cosponsored it???? In addition to that I haven’t heard a thing from her to come to protect or shed light on the Worldbank whistleblower Karen Hudes. This lady is trying to expose corruption

Liked, subbed, and would do even more to support you if I could, but I have college to worry about. Thanks for fighting for us, Senator!

US is not broke.

They want us to think we are.

LavenderBlume June 29, 2013 at 5:29 pm

I’m Canadian, and when I hear people say that all politicians are corrupt and are only in it for themselves, I think of people like Elizabeth Warren.

Hannsfeld June 29, 2013 at 5:50 pm

Bernie Sanders also cares about us.

Unemploymentawaits June 29, 2013 at 6:23 pm

The ONLY politician who cares about us. THE ONLY ONE.

papabear3450 June 29, 2013 at 8:13 pm

gotthenumber June 29, 2013 at 9:26 pm

Am I being blocked from posting about securitisation?

viralmonkeymarket101 June 29, 2013 at 9:46 pm

Not only moral wrong, but ethical wrong.

viralmonkeymarket101 June 29, 2013 at 9:49 pm

Make the corps. with offshore accounts pay the American taxes and give the students a bailout.

just curious, what is her approval rate right now? when washington is hovering around 12% approval, i bet she’s around 80.

Cory Tabino June 29, 2013 at 11:11 pm

Please keep up the good work, Senator!

TrueBagPipeRock June 30, 2013 at 12:04 am

Good for her. Variable rates on student loans is just criminal. I can’t take college seriously, nor these politicos, besides her, of course.

lanceseidman June 30, 2013 at 12:43 am

Senator I love you but we have yet another crap President in office. He doesn’t do anything constructive. He is a joke just like Bush was. You’re talking to a two faced villian, I voted for the wrong man. Should have voted for Gary Johnson.

gigadude081 June 30, 2013 at 1:20 am

she is right about our values part. Problem is we shouldn’t have helped the banks. Government has to get out of the business of acting as bank. And laws making big business help contribute……best education you can get is on the job learn as you go. make them develop what is needed in our kids. By teaching real skills and abilities that work in real world. Programs that get kids in to the field and teach them all at same time would be best solution. Creative thinking will go long way.

wanful50 June 30, 2013 at 1:36 am

Sign your petitions, and floor your congress. Let them know you want to be considered as they considered that banks that could not fail at the .7 percent rate.
