Anyone know of banks you do settled income building a whole loans/lines in Texas. Looking to set up my brand brand brand new residence in a growth and need funding. Started a brand brand brand new association and cant rely on old taxation earnings with the brand brand brand new loan crunch. My credit is about 680. Im fundamentally seeking for a loan which I could embrace after I show which not usually can I put income down which i would have the capability to show 100-150k simply set divided for the plan with 10% down. I need appropriation for about 300k. I have attempted to hit a couple of banks but nothing of them do settled income anymore. Please suggest if you know of any one still you do which sort of loan.

The only people that do stated income loans anymore is the Mafia. They’ll need about 25% per month rate and a piece of your business. Do you want a phone number?
