I usually checkedonline for the standing of my taxation reinstate & it pronounced my reinstate was mailed yesterday but afterwards underneath it had a couple for me to click about a incident which might request to my taxation refund.So, I clicked the couple and it was about FMS & how they might revoke a persons reinstate to compensate a past due requisite such as kid support,a sovereign group debt,or state income taxes. I was wondering if everybody is since this info online when they check the standing of their refund,or is it usually there for people who have been essentially going to have their reinstate offset? I ask this since I do not owe kid await (I am a mother & my son lives with me)I do not owe any state income taxes(I already got my state reinstate & have never due to the state) and I do not have any supervision loans,student loans,ANYTHING LIKE THAT.What else could this presumably be for? I do have a little delinquent parking tickets, but it did not contend which the reinstate could be equivalent since of that. I’d conclude any submit on what debts theirallowed

I don’t know. Maybe, it could be those parking tickets. Could the county have contacted the IRS?
Since it said that your check has been mailed, it sounds like it’s just a general message and doesn’t apply to you
I suspect that that’s just a general information link. But it’s pretty easy to verify!
Call 1-800-304-3107. That’s the FMS Autoresponder. You punch in your SSN and some other identifying information and it will tell you if you are flagged for offset and if so for how much and for what reason.
Nomally you would receive a letter from FMS in November or December if your account was flagged for offset along with the amount and the contact information for the agency that was collecting it so that you could verify the debt.
