Quicken Loans contacted me trying to sell me their services. VA Loan was
quickly dumped by them. Then they went for refinancing of existing home.
Really wasn’t that interested, but told them I would do it if they could
actually follow up on the promises they made. Bottom line, they didn’t, and
refused to refund my $500. Can’t believe they can claim to be rated so
high by J.D. Powers. I highly “do not” recommend Quicken Loans.

@charlesdean2002 have you talked to anyone at Quicken Loans about getting a
VA loan. We may be able to help you. Also, wanted to point out that the
word “veteran” actualy has two correct pronunciations. From Merriam
Webster: vet·er·an noun ˈve-tə-rən, ˈve-trən I’m from Detroit and that’s
how we’ve always said it here. Apparantly enough people pronounce it both
ways that both are considered correct.

Yes I talked to some one about a loan . I have been leasing since 2009 and
never miss a payment as I use my ssi check to pay for housing and
utilities. But I do not have a credit score to play the loan Game.

@quickenloans Never mind not enough space to reply and your email to me was
non reply The irony of BS Play ur thing while most of us VET ERANS are left
out of the corporate agendas..Nice brag though, just not appropriate..

Hey we are Veterans Not vetrans . Have pride in your education… And they
do not help if you have a poor credit score no matter if you have the
income to pay it or not. Soit really does not help ALL Veterans that
deserve it.. I have never used credit before I was always a COD guy. Being
good is Bad for THAT number called Credit score.. A lender is more in to
that profiling of a person that is in that Credit score club than a Veteran
that can pay his Mortgage . Which is less than a lease!

Just found out after weeks and tons of paperwork, that I as a VETERAN could
not buy a condo because it was to close to my home I am going to sell.
Quicken is keeping my $500 dollars and no refund. VETERANS BEWARE!!! All
the stuff you read here is pt in by Quicken to make you think they are the
good guys. How many vets have they stiffed for Five Hundred? Probably
thousands so they make even mpre money off of vets!! This company is NOT
good for VETS!!!!

Charles, it’s called being financially responsible. Guess what, these days,
credit matters. If you dont qualify (credit score) then maybe its a good
time to start building credit. Again, its called financial responsibility.
Oh and by the way, I am a veteran as well and financially responsible.
