WHAT KIND OF ILLUSTRATION SHOULD I MAKE IN ORDER TO REPRESENT THE 16TH AMENDMENT?

Amendment XVI (the Sixteenth Amendment) of the United States Constitution was validated on Feb 3, 1913. This Amendment overruled Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Co. (1895), that severely singular the Congress’s management to levy an income tax. This Amendment allows the Congress to levy an income taxation but courtesy to the States or the Census.

What should I do?

I picture Uncle Sam with his foot on the throat of the states.

An illustration featuring a typical middle-class home, in a typical middle-class neighborhood, with a typical middle-class nuclear family standing out front and they are not smiling. The caption under the picture says simply,”The Vanishing Breed”. The caption under the caption in small print says,”The Communist Party’s Platform had as its Central Plank the Graduated Income Tax”. To those who are capable of understanding, nothing more needs to be said. As for the rest, they are happy in their chains…..
