Here is the situation: final month I looked up my payments online on Texas Attorney General. It showed a remuneration was mailed on May 15th for $3000. Well a week after I called to find out where was it. After watchful an additional week I finaly was told that it was a mistake. They pronounced IRS took it divided fromthe profession general. I asked how most he owes me that was a small over $6000 and he owes the state $256. What happened here? He doesnt owe any tyro loans or anything alternative than his past due kid support. Will my daughter get anything?

You need to contact the IRS, because if he owes you child support they are suppose to give that to you.
